Camping modules
Order and payment process
Once your order has been placed, we will process it as soon as possible and send you a summary, and an advance invoice for 70% of the purchase price plus expected delivery date. You confirm the offer by paying the advance invoice (by bank transfer or PayPal), thus creating a binding order.
After the advance payment is paid into our account, we start production. It usually takes 4-6 weeks, frequently even faster. When your module is ready, we will send you a final invoice and the module is waiting for personal pick-up or we will immediately pack it and ship it to your chosen address.
Shipping and packaging
If you choose delivery by a shipping company, the module will arrive to you on a one-way pallet (none of the packaging is returned), packed in a cardboard box. In the box you will find a installation manual, anchoring elements and any accessories you may have ordered.
We use the services of DB Schenker System, which delivers by hydraulic header trucks and will therefore drop off your order at the address you require. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days.

Accessories
If you are ordering accessories together with a camping module, it will be packed together on a one-way pallet. The exception to this is oversized products such as roof tents, which are shipped separately (you will be notified together with the quotation).
Separate accessories are sent by DPD Private or UPS Standard (Roofka awnings) as standard. Goods within the EU will be delivered within 3-5 working days. The shipping price varies by EU member state and will be calculated for you in the order form.
